‘Ending homelessness is achieveable’, this is the call of Homelessness Australia during homelessness week 2017.
“The government needs to stand up and provide more social housing” explains Jenny Smith, “It won’t solve the problem but it will make a significant change in our community”
Homelessness Australia have launched the 100,000 Homes campaign which argues governments to 100,000 new public and community housing properties over the next 5 years.
