Female Leaders Creating Success

A global study of 11,000 publicly listed companies has found the businesses with a woman in management perform better than those with all-male leaders.
However, only a small number of women are in management positions.
“Having some diversity in senior leadership is actually a really good thing,” said Feminist Insider, Jemma Taylor.
“If you can have a better cross representation of all areas of society you’re going to have a different way of looking at things.”
She spoke to Tom Mann about this statistic.
