Impacts of poor digital access on students and families

Digital technologies and the online world are fast becoming a major part of our daily lives, as is our reliance on these technologies to be able to access education, businesses and government services.
However, for those of us living on a low income, with limited digital skills, or facing other types of disadvantage, our access to the digital world can be significantly impacted upon.
General Manager for SA & NT at The Smith Family, Graham Jaeschke, joined us live in studio to discuss the services his organisation provides to young people and families accessing digital technologies, and the stories he’s hearing from clients about the challenges of an online world.
