Fall out of US strikes on Syria

The North Korean foreign ministry has said over the weekend that last week’s US missile strikes against a Syrian airfield were “an unforgivable act of aggression”.

Should we be concerned about the global implications of this considering North Korea’s strong ties with Russia and China?
