Future of the Courts under Trump

Posted on: Wed 5 Apr 2017

As the US announced Donald Trump as their President in November last year, expectations of how our social institutions work were shattered.

But what does this mean for our most substantial bulwark against populism, our courts?

Legal expert Dr Joe McIntyre from the University of South Australia joined Jennie Lenman to speak about whether courts have a future in the age of Trump.

Dr Joe McIntyre will be hosting a law evenings seminar on 12 April 2017 from 5:30pm at the Hawke Building at the UniSA City West Campus. For details and to register click here.
