Nathan Bolton ADF Veteran: Helping others who’ve walked a similar path

With two tours of Afghanistan under his belt as a Special Operations Engineer, Nathan now advocates within the Mental Health Space, especially for Veterans, trying to break the very stigma that stopped him from getting help when he needed it most. This is an extremely open and frank look at Nathan’s experiences and the issues facing some of our contemporary Veterans.
