My Cherie set to release new music

Adelaide’s My Cherie is gearing up to release new music in the coming months.
The multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter joined Tara Nash in the studio to perform live and talk about her upcoming EP.
“I think a lot of us overthink where we fit in within a genre and we’re too scared to go out,” she says.
“So, even with this EP I’m like ‘oo it’s going to be my first bunch of songs together, I hope it represents me well’.
“Then I think ‘you know what? If this is what you’re passionate about, you should just make music and just enjoy it and see what happens. It’s selfish if we keep our creativity to ourselves.”
