It’s really important to know what our strategies are when it comes to taking good care of our mental health and wellbeing.
This is the theme for this year’s Mental Health Week – and a Lunch in the Square was held at Tarndanyangga, so people could get out of their home or office, and connect over food and music.
We asked attendees Debra, Esther, Vicki, Phil, Danielle, Kay and Georgia what makes them happy and what they like to do, to make themselves feel good.
