We all dream of getting away…. boarding that big jet plane (or ship),  casting our routines and cares behind us. Levels of excitment and anticipation are high….

So what happens if your travel agent goes down, or you are bumped off a flight? We talk with Jodi Bird, Travel Project Lead, and Content Producer at CHOICE,   a leading consumer advocacy group
