‘Climigration’: moving because of climate change

Climate change increasingly threatens communities all over the world. Fires, floods and coastal erosion are now the norm. Australia’s latest fires marked the start of the earliest bushfire season we have ever seen.

What can be done to protect threatened communities from these events? To find out more, Barometer’s Des Lawrence spoke to Tony Matthews, Senior Lecturer in Urban & Environmental Planning at Griffith University.
