New obstacle for Brexit

Scotland’s highest civil court has ruled that Boris Johnson’s suspension of the UK Parliament is unlawful, thus complicating the already messy Brexit proceedings. Also, the recent Catalan independence rally has drawn its smallest crowd in seven years.

Europe correspondent from Deutsche Welle, Ineke Mules, joins Breakfast’s Zoe Kounadis to discuss the news from the continent.
