City of Adelaide recognises climate emergency

The City of Adelaide has passed a motion recognising that climate change is a “national emergency” that poses a serious risk to people and business. Rob Simms is an Area Councillor and former Greens member of the Australian senate. He moved this motion on behalf of the Lord Mayor.
Rob spoke with Packed Lunch about the vital role councils have in responding to climate change.
