When poverty is spoken of, it is usually from a purely monetary point of view.
However, energy poverty views people’s deprivation from a multiplicity of issues which include energy supply, building design, tenancy law among others.
To find out more, Barometer’s Des Lawrence spoke to Dr Nicola Willand, Lecturer in the School of Property, Construction and Project Management at RMIT University.
