Silencer used in Virginia Beach shooting

Virginia Beach witnessed the deadliest shooting of the year in the United States last Friday. One of the unique details of this mass shooting was that the gunman used a silencer. US Correspondent Taylor Kaplan joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann and Zoe Kounadis to discuss the significance of the silencer and how it’s changed the narrative around gun control.
Kaplan also elaborates on the significance of Robert Mueller’s resignation as special counsel in the investigation into Russian interference at the last US election and if that’s a sign of closure around the report.
