Bureaucratic complications surround River Torrens management

Posted on: Tue 4 Jun 2019

Returning the River Torrens to health could be hampered by a “lack of clarity about who is responsible for what” according to the state’s Environment and Water Department. Board President Mark Anderson from Conservation SA joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann and Zoe Kounadis to talk about the state of the River Torrens catchment plan and what it’s biggest issues are.

Mark Anderson also speaks about community sustainability centre The Joinery which recently celebrated its fifth birthday, in regards to its major milestones and what their plans are moving forward.
