Cutting Down on Gerrymandering

Federal Judges have ruled that the gerrymandering of Ohio’s congressional map by Republicans are unlawful.

U.S. Correspondent Taylor Kaplan speaks with Breakfast’s Zoe Kounadis & Tom Mann about this as well as the shaky ground for Presidential candidate hopeful, Joe Biden.
