‘Gay panic’ legal defence law to be removed

The South Australian Government has finally announced they plan to dump the ‘gay panic’ legal defence law by the end of the year.

South Australia is the last state to still have this widely criticised defence enshrined in law.

Dr David Plater from the SA Law Reform Institute joins Tom Mann and Zoe Kounadis to discuss the removal of this contentious bill.
