The Australian Academy of Science is hosting an event looking into the science of taste. To celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Periodic Table, they are delving into the chemistry of wine and exploring the science behind the colour, aroma, style and even faults of your favorite wine.
Professor Kerry Wilkinson from the University of Adelaide spoke with Peter and Nicky on Packed Lunch about the event.
