Local chef James Bodroghy chats with Gillian Anderson from The Boardwalk about the cooking classes he teaches in his kitchen at the Cooks Pantry at Grange. We hear about his passion for food, his philosophy on sourcing local produce and his playlist at the cafe.

James also generously shares a recipe that’s a great favourite with his diners—cashew and kale falafel.
