In 1955, the Historic bus boycott begins in Montgomery Alabama by Rosa Parks.

In 1766, Christie’s hold their first sale Art auction house Christie’s founder James Christie made his first art sale.

In 2006 Audrey Hepburn’s Givenchy little black dress from film “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” auctioned for charity for record £467,200 at Christie’s.
