NOFASD unsung hero honoured at HESTA awards

Recently, HESTA announced the recipients of its 2018 Community Sector Awards.
Sue Miers is the past chair and founder of NOFASD Australia and the recipient of this year’s Unsung Hero Award.
Sue speaks to Small Change‘s Lisa Burns about the honour of receiving the award, what was happening in the sector when NOFASD Australia was founded, her family’s own journey with FASD, and the ongoing challenges experienced by families affected by FASD.
