Drought Relief Funding Taken from NDIS

Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced that he has a plan to tackle the drought. The only concern is that the $3.9 billion allocated to drought relief will be re-directed from NDIS funding.

Rick Neagle, executive chairman of the Count Me In Foundation shares his views on the announcement with Zoe Kounadis.
