We all know the issue we have with food waste at all levels of the supply chain, but Potatoes SA are one of the leaders in our local industry, innovating to find new uses for otherwise written-off stock.

Kirrilee Hay speaks with Robbie Davis, CEO of Potatoes SA about the work they’re doing in this space.
