The use of SA’s desalination plant

Drought-affected farmers in New South Wales have called for South Australia to increase the use of its desalination plant in order to leave more water from the Murray to agriculture use in the Eastern states.

Sarah Wheeler from the University of Adelaide joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann and Casey Tonkin to discuss the issue further.
