Wine Hero Paul Henry returns to Gastronaut with his assessment of the latest James Halliday list of top new Australian wines.

Focusing on featured wines and wineries from South Australia, Paul surveys the changing profile of several rising stars.

They include Turon and Chain of Ponds in the Adelaide Hills, Patritti at McLaren Vale and Blewett Springs, Teusner and Turkey Flat in the Barossa.
