Making Aged Care work for LGBTI people

Making aged care facilities emotionally and physically safe spaces for LGBTI people, making them places to thrive rather than go back into the closet when independence might not be something you can take for granted. That’s the goal of the LGBTI Connect team of four at ECH, which has just achieved a Rainbow Tick for their program. Diversity Manager Robyn Burton and Pam Price, from the LGBTI connect team, joined Nicky Page for Packed Lunch.
