On this day in 1952, Greek women won the right to vote.

On this day in 1923, the US attorney general declared it legal for women to wear pants.

And speaking of women wearing pants, on this day in 1431, Joan of Arc is accused of ‘relapsing into heresy’ by wearing male clothing again, providing even more justification for her execution.
