Green budget deficit

The federal budget was brought down last Tuesday night and for those in the media so inclined the opportunity exists to join the pre-budget lockup and pore over the budget papers in a locked room.
Matt Rose is an economist at the Australian Conservation Foundation and he chose to join the lock-up to get the early details on the budget’s environmental implications.
