Support for Fathers project seeking nationwide input

Posted on: Wed 9 May 2018

Support for Fathers is a national project which aims to support young men and fathers in their roles as parents and partners.

Project Coordinator, Dominic Alford, says the nationwide consultations with specialists and service providers will be used to develop resources for community members and support services.

Dominic Alford speaks to Small Change’s Lisa Burns about how the project has come about, his hopes for the consultation process and the common questions he hears from new fathers in his role as a facilitator for parent education workshops.
