New Zealand Minimum Wage Rises

The New Zealand government has raised the minimum wage by 75 cents. It’s the first of the government’s planned rises aimed at lifting the wage to $20 an hour by April 2021.

Parliament passed a law allowing the convictions of men for homosexual offences to be expunged from the public record. However, there will be no compensation given.

Immigration NZ has been accused of racial profiling. They strongly deny this claim.
