Ninety percent of Australians live in cities. Yet Australia does not have a national urban policy nor does the government provide enough funding for urban sustainability projects.

Lecturer in urban planning at the University of Queensland, Dr Dorina Pojani, joins Sam Smith and Casey Tonkin to discuss how to tackle the problem.
