East End Hub

Michael Andrewartha is one of the great characters of Adelaide’s vibrant East End precinct.

He and his staff and colleagues have transformed a simple wine bar into a mecca for local wine, and Australian and international wine, paired with excellent local foods.

His East End Cellars establishment is a hub for Fringe, Festival and associated events.  And they’re spreading their wings over North Terrace to the old RAH site for festive events.

Michael talks on Gastronaut about the people – and the daily kilometres – involved.
