Calls for election focus on utilities costs pressures

The South Australian Council of Social Service has developed a platform of policies across seven broad areas, in the lead up to the state election on 17 March 2018.
One area is ‘Cost of Living’; in particular the pressures associated with utilities.
SACOSS senior policy officer, Jo De Silva, explains why this is an area of concern, especially for renters and those on a low-income, and the recommendations SACOSS is making to all parties this election.
