AdlFringe 2018: Slingsby Theatre’s ‘The Tragical Life of Cheeseboy’

Posted on: Thu 11 Jan 2018

Ten years since its debut, an iconic South Australian work of children’s theatre makes a return to delight a new generation of young theatre-goers at the Fringe.

The Tragical Life of Cheeseboy is an immersive storytelling experience weaving together the magical, wonderful and ‘tragical’ elements of life. The production will tour to Stirling Fringe, Nairne and the CBD as part of this year’s Adelaide Fringe Festival.

Andy Packer from Slingsby Theatre talks to Lisa about the show, its lasting themes, and the company’s plans for 2018.

Tickets and further information for Cheeseboy are here. Head to Slingsby’s official website to follow news of their other productions including The Young King and Emil and The Detectives.
