SACOSS launches utilities cost of living policies

The South Australian Council of Social Service has released its telecommunications, energy and water policies, in the lead up to the State Election on March 17 2018.
SACOSS is asking for all parties to commit to nine policies which help those struggling most with cost of living pressures.
Katie and Stacey are two people who understand the pressures associated with cost of living, and they shared their experiences with Small Change’s Lisa Burns.
