PM Dismisses Indigenous Referendum Proposal

Thursday’s decision from the Turnbull Cabinet has sent shock-waves throughout First People’s communities around Australia.

The PM has rejected the proposal for a constitutionally enshrined First Nations voice. The PM has said the idea is neither “desirable or capable of winning acceptance“.
