More Men to Help End Domestic Violence

Shelter SA has called on men to stand up and speak up in the fight against domestic violence.

In South Australia Domestic Violence is the leading cause of homelessness, Shelter SA’s June workshop concluded in order to end domestic violence, men must be a part of the equation.

“Men speaking to men is a vital part of what’s going on today” explains Dr. Alice Clark

Education is a key factor is in creating and growing gender equality in our culture. The Port Adelaide Football Club has started workshops in schools that teaches young men about respectful behaviours and gives young men strong role models.

Tom Mann joins Dr. Alice Clark, executive director from Shelter SA, to discuss more.
