Saving the Murray River

In 2012 the Australian Government committed to restoring the Murray-Darling Basin to a healthier state. According to a recent report by the Wentworth Group of Concerned Scientists, more focus is needed in increasing the volume of water to save the Basin. Jennie Lenman found out more from Associate Professor, Jamie Pittock, from the Ferner School of Environment and Society at the Australian National University.
