A good way of brainstorming how to improve service provision is to see how others are doing it.
Uniting Communities Manager of Advocacy and Communications, Mark Henley recently went to the United Kingdom to look at a range of consumer engagement and vulnerability approaches, including the consumer-driven regulation of water in Scotland and UK energy distributors recognising the needs of vulnerable customers.
He joins us live in the studio to reflect on his learnings and how we might implement some of these ideas in South Australia.
