Innocence, insecurity & intimacy: “Sometimes I…”

Posted on: Sat 1 Jul 2017

Featuring as part of this year’s Adelaide Festival Centre inSPACE development program, “Sometimes I…” by Josephine Were aims to create theatre by women for women, particularly for those struggling with that awkward pre-pubescent phase of ages 9 to 11.

Lisa spoke with actor & theatre practitioner, Ashton Malcolm, who, along with designer Meg Wilson, has collaborated with Were on this work. She explains the project’s vision, themes, development thus far and plans for the future.

You can follow the project on Facebook and Instagram via #hellosometimesi.

There will be two showings on Friday 14th July 1pm & 4pm. Further details here. Email if you are interested in attending.
