On this day in 1972, Nolan Bushnell and Ted Dabney found Atari Incorporated. The gaming and computer company led the way in electronic entertainment with their classic games, like tennis simulator Pong.
Also, Helen Keller was born on this day in 1880. Keller was the first deaf and blind person to earn a bachelor degree, and became a campaigner for women’s suffrage, labour rights and socialism.
