Under-Funding Human Rights

The Australian National Contact Point is an informal mechanism tasked with mediating complaints of human rights violations by Australian business overseas. However, under-funding and lack of independence may be causing these mechanisms to fail.

Kristen Zornada is Australian Lawyer and author of a report that explains these systems, why they’re failing and how to fix them.
