Accessible Art for Special Needs Kids

Posted on: Tue 23 May 2017

For some children with special needs it can be very challenging to get out and enjoy the arts. There is an Australian theatre company who tackles this by sharing immersive productions with children who have disabilities or learning difficulties using multi-sensory interactivity, including touch, smell and taste.

Jennie Lenman sat down with Sensorium Theatre artistic director Francis Italiano to discover more about Oddysea, the story of Crab and Turtle.

Produced by Sam Smith.
