Drug Treatment Trial Helps Users

Posted on: Tue 16 May 2017

A new drug treatment trial has been created in Adelaide, designed to rehabilitate ice users through group therapy.

The Matrix Model allows drug users to share their personal stories of ice addiction and efforts to recover and focuses on educating users on positive decision making and relapse prevention.

Clinical psychologist, and one out of the two doctors who run the program, Phillip Townshend, talks to Jennie Lenman about the trial.
