The Working on Country program is a national initiative where Indigenous people care for the environmental and cultural needs of country.
For eight years now, SA Native Title Services has managed one of nine Working on Country projects in South Australia – in the Gawler Ranges.
Adrian Stanley is Coordinator of the project, and he told Aboriginal Way about the project and how it combines traditional and scientific knowledge to manage land.
